Free Shipping Worldwide for order over R 1500 or equivalent in US Dollar, Euro or GBP.

  • Any order made before 12:00 pm will be ship on the same working day (weekends and public holidays are not considered as a working day).
  • In order to process the order quickly it is highly advisable to write correct details including the full delivery address.

SOUTH AFRICA CUSTOMERS

Cape Town area:

  • You can choose between Pick up-in-store or Next day delivery.
  • Pick up-in-store is free
  • Next day delivery is free to anywhere in Cape Town for any order over R 1500.
  • A standard delivery fee of R 99 is due for all purchases less than R 1501.
  • Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 24 hour delivery at your Doorstep.

  • All the services have a tracking number. This will also require your availability for signing the order.
  • Normally it takes 2 to 4 working days for the delivery. However, the delivery time can take longer than usual due to the security clearance at each country custom department.

  • A standard delivery fee from R 350 - R 500, depending on the region, is due for all purchases less than R 1501.
  • Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 2 to 4 working days delivery at your Doorstep.
  • All the services have a tracking number. This will also require your availability for signing the order. Normally it takes 3-5 working days for the delivery. However, the delivery time can take longer than usual due to the security clearance at each country custom department.

SHIPMENTS DELAYS

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Back order items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site.

  • If a back order occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait-list.
  • We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival.
  • In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date.
