  • Free Shipping Worldwide for orders over R 1500 or equivalent in US Dollar, Euro, or GBP.
  • Any order made before 12:00 pm will be ship on the same working day (weekends and public holidays are not considered as a working day).

Cape Town area:

  • You can choose between In-Store Pickup or Next Day Delivery.
  • In-Store Pickup is free
  • Next-Day Delivery is free to anywhere in Cape Town for any orders over R 1500.
  • A standard delivery fee of R 99.99 is due for all purchases less than R 1501.
  • Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 24 hour delivery at your Doorstep.

  • All the services have a tracking number. This will also require your availability for signing the order.
  • Normally it takes 2 to 4 working days for the delivery. However, the delivery time can take longer than usual due to the security clearance at each country's customs department.

  • Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 2 to 4 working days delivery at your Doorstep.
  • All the services have a tracking number. This will also require your availability for signing the order. Normally it takes 3-5 working days for the delivery. However, the delivery time can take longer than usual due to the security clearance at each country's customs department.

SHIPMENTS DELAYS

  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

  • Backorder items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site.
  • If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait-list.
