Shopping for your dream hair extensions and wigs is quick, easy, and secure at TheDreamHair. Follow the simple steps below to place your order in the currency of your choice and complete payment using one of our trusted methods.

Step 1: Choose Your Preferred Currency

By default, our website displays prices in South African Rand (ZAR). You can shop in your local currency by clicking the currency selector at the top right of the homepage.

We support four currencies:

ZAR – South African Rand
USD – US Dollar
EUR – Euro
GBP – British Pound

Step 2: Browse Products & Customize Your Order

Go to the Categories section and select the product you like
Choose your preferred style, hair texture, length, and color
Check product availability – if it’s out of stock, it will be marked

Note:
For some made-to-order or custom items, delivery may take between 15 and 21 working days.

Step 3: Add to Cart

Once you've selected your options, click the “Add to Cart” button below the product price.

Step 4: Review & Proceed to Checkout

Double-check your order details in your cart
Click “Proceed to Checkout” to move to the payment step

Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method

We offer three secure payment options:

Payfast (Credit Card, Debit Card, or EFT via SID Secure)
PayPal (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal Account)
Bank Wire / Direct Deposit

Step 6: Paying with Payfast

If you choose Payfast, you can pay using:

Credit or Debit Card
EFT (SID Secure)

Payfast supports payment in:

Click “Place My Order” to complete your purchase.

Step 7: Paying with PayPal

To pay with PayPal, ensure you switch the currency (located at the top right of the site) to USD, EUR, or GBP—PayPal does not accept ZAR.

Once you've selected the correct currency:

Enter your Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal account details
Click “Place My Order.”

Step 8: Paying by Bank Wire (Direct Deposit)

If you prefer Bank Wire / EFT, select this payment option and click “Complete My Purchase”.
You will then be shown our banking details.
