1. Go onto our website homepage and click on the currency button (top right of website), choose the currency in which you want to order as the Rand is the default currency of the website. Our website support four currencies:

  • ZAR (South African Rand)
  • USD (American Dollar)
  • EUR (Euro)
  • GBP (British Pound).

2. Go to Categories, click on the product that you like, choose the style, the texture, the length, the color, etc... Make sure that the item you want to order is in stock. This is easy because if an item is not in stock it will clearly be displayed to you "Please note that delivery for this product will take between 15 and 21 working days".

3. Press the "Add to Cart" Button (just below the price).

4. Make sure your order is correct and then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" Button.

5. Please follow these step-by-step instructions.

6. There are 3 methods of payment options:

  • Bank Wire
  • Paygate
  • Paypal

7. If you want to pay by "Paygate" with Credit Card, Debit Card, or EFT (Electronic Funds transfers) then make sure you select this option and then enter your Credit Card / Debit Card details, or choose the EFT option (SID Secure). Click on "Place my order" (bottom right). You can use PayGate to purchase in:

  • USD (American Dollar)
  • GBP (British Pound)
  • EUR (Euro)
  • ZAR (South African Rand).

8. If you want to pay by "Paypal" with Credit Card or Debit Card or "Paypal account", remember to change the Rand as default currency to US Dollar Currency Button, Euro Currency Button, or Great Britain Pound Currency Button (top right of website) then make sure you select this option and then enter your Credit Card or Paypal details. Click on "Place my order" (bottom right). You can use Paypal to purchase in: 

  • USD (American Dollar)
  • GBP (British Pound)
  • EUR (Euro)

Please note: You can use Paypal to purchase in USD (American Dollar), GBP (British Pound), and EUR (Euro) only as Rand is not supported by Paypal.

9. If you want to pay by "Bank Wire" please make sure you select this option.
Click on "Complete My Purchase" (bottom right).
If you chose to pay by Electronic Transfer or Direct Bank Deposit, a screen will appear with our bank details and you must please deposit the funds into our account and email us proof of payment to email:, by SMS at +27 79 943 79 80 or by calling +27 21 434 54 81.

10. As soon as you have completed your order we will notify you via email of your successful order.
