  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day (if all items are in stock)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day
  • Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped

  • Delivery within 24–72 hours, depending on location

Shipping to Neighboring African Countries

(Countries include Angola, Botswana, DRC, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe)

  • R570 flat rate for orders under R7500
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Free shipping on orders over R7500
  • Shipping fee between R710 – R1005 for orders under R7500 (depending on destination)
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Courier: DHL Express
  • Signature required upon delivery

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For all orders shipped outside South Africa:

  • Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities
  • Payment of these charges is mandatory to receive your shipment

TheDreamHair has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.


Refused Shipments & Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Not collected
  • Returned due to unpaid customs charges
  • Returned due to incorrect or incomplete address

The following conditions apply:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs, customs charges, and any penalties will be deducted from the refund
  • A handling/restocking fee of up to 20% may apply

If the return costs exceed the order value, or if the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned by the courier:

👉 No refund will be issued


Shipping Delays Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural events or force majeure

Product Availability & Backorders

  • Items marked “In Stock” are ready for immediate dispatch
  • Items marked “Backorder” are temporarily out of stock

For backorders:

  • You will receive an estimated restock timeframe
  • Your order will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available
