You can choose between In-Store Pickup or Next Day Delivery.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is free. If all goods are in stock, the delivery is immediate.
Next-day delivery
Next-day delivery is free anywhere in Cape Town for orders over R 1500.
A standard delivery fee of R 99.99 is due for all purchases less than R 1501.
Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 24-hour delivery at your Doorstep.

Free 24-hour delivery anywhere in South Africa for orders over R 1500.
A standard delivery fee of R 99.99 is due for all purchases less than R 1501.
Once your order has been made and we have received your payment, your parcel will be sent off immediately for 24-hour delivery at your Doorstep.
N.B.: For regional delivery areas, the transit time may take up to 72 hours or more. All areas far from the main city center are classified as regional delivery areas.

Shipments Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
International customers (outside of RSA)
International customers (outside RSA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes incurred by your country.
As we are unable to determine the amount of fees that these fees may be, we suggest contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for additional charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
Backorders
Backorder items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site.
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist.
We will promptly ship the item(s) upon arrival.
In addition, we will inform and update you by email with the estimated arrival date.
