However, if you don't like the quality of our Hair Extensions or our Hair Accessories, simply send it back, unused, in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, odor-free (any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return), unwashed, uncut, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging.
So be 100% sure before opening the packet!
All returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable.
We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error.
Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only.

Repackage your item(s) and mail it to the address below within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing an order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged.
Backorder items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site.
If a backorder occurs on your item (s), you will be placed on a priority wait-list.
We will promptly ship item (s) upon arrival.
