RETURN

Guarantee: We feel that our 100% Remy Virgin Indian Human Hair Extensions are of such high quality that you will never want to return them. However, if you don't like the quality of our Hair Extensions, simply send it back, unused, in its original condition. So be 100% sure before opening the packet!

  • All returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable.
  • We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error.

Products must be:

  • In original condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, uncut, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return)
  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your original order.

NOTE: A wig hygiene guard is provided with every wig for use when trying the wig on.

EXCHANGE

Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE.

  • No Restocking Fees! TheDreamHair will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange.
  • Shipping charges will apply. The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply to your exchange order.
  • Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.

Products must be:

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Repackage your item(s) and mail it to the address below within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information. Send your returns to:

REFUND

  • Shipment is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION FEES

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing an order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged.

BACKORDERS

Backorder items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site.

  • If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait-list.
  • We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival.
  • In addition, we will inform and update you by email with the estimated arrival date. 
  • You can find the expected shipment time on the Product Detail page.
